We are proud to offer the best prices and high-quality furniture to our customers. Before delivery process all our furniture is inspected very detailed to be sure that it is in good condition. If you pick up the product, we recommend you, to control the product very carefully before you receive.
Due to our high concentration to serve you in the best way, we are unfortunately unable to process returns and refund once the product has been accepted. If you have any doubt about your order, you may cancel up to delivery or pick up time.
Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported via email or calling customer care service within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, claims will not be allowed after 48 hours of delivery.
Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach clear photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of damaged merchandise as it is required if the manufacturer accepts replacement.

*Same-day delivery is only applicable for the items that are labeled as “SAME DAY” on our website and only for the Bay Area branch if the customer purchases the product before 9:00 a.m. and within 0-20 miles.
*As a company policy we do not have assembly service.
*For curbside delivery, we do not accept any responsibility if the furniture does not fit through the door.
* For in room delivery, if the furniture does not fit through the door, we can return the furniture however, buyer will be charged a 30’% restocking fee as well as two ways freight costs.
* If you live in an apartment without elevator, for the first 3 floor include the price, but if the furniture will be moved to upper levels, we charge $20 for every extra floor.
* We do not charge any extra fee in case of replacement of broken, damaged, or missing parts.
